Goa is a place where almost every Indian thinks that it's a place only to be visited by couples or newly weds in other words its a romantic place  but the horror I felt there , made me speechless . During our visit to old Goa , we went to experience  the awesome architecture of that place that included St. Augustine tower , Basilica of Bom Jesus , Se Cathedral , Churches and convents of Goa . Although there were many more places but these were to visit mainly because we only had one week to explore Goa . It was the time of January 2017 , when my family visited Nadaun for the first time . I was scared to visit hill station during winters because I have heard that hilly areas become unsuitable for living beings . But my massi ( aunt ) was insisting so we spent winter holidays there . We were welcomed by her with so much of enthusiasm . I was loving that place .  She then decided to take us to Jawala g temple . While we were on the way , she explained us about the history of that place . And the beautiful sunset which I can never forget .  ( Jawala g Temple , behind us there is havan kund )  The temple build on the top of a hill , it seemed so to me . The stairs were huge and we kept our footwear outside the temple on the side of the wall , where a rack was built . As we went inside people were already waiting for darshan . I was not expecting that on the last day of our trip , I would be so horrified . The whole day we spend on packing our luggage and at about 7 pm , pandit g cum our tour guide came to pick us up from the hotel . As we were on the way to railway station , we arrived at the highway and he started chanting hanuman chalisa . I was confused and then I asked him , " Pandit g , why all of sudden you are chanting the mantras?" . And with all the courage he could muster , he said , " This Highway is haunted!" . I laughed and said there is no such thing as ghost and then he said , " You believe in positive energy?" . I nodded . " Then there is negative too . Its said that its not easy to get salvation when your karmas aren't right . Good Karam doesn't mean that you have to become blind about another's negative traits . Its like you have to focus on yourself and not to become like others . Its a famous saying that ,   "Whatever you give to life , it gives you back . Do not hate anybody . The hatred which comes out from you will someday come back to you" . That is what everyone in Gaya trying to say that ' stay calm , feel yourself with gratitude for your ancestors and keeping in mind that gratitude you will provide them with Salvation' . While he was saying those words , I laughed and remarked , " Its just like that , do whatever you want , gamble , drink alcohol , smoke as you want and do heinous crime because after your death in the end your children are surely going to provide you salvation" . It was about 4 am in the morning when we all had to go to the temple to perform the ritual . I was so excited , as you all have guessed about me from my previous post . Well ! It was the time when I got break from my boring and dull academic life and learn something new . We were taken to a large ground ( which seemed first ) but then Pandit g explained that it was the area of  'FALGU' river .   THE CURSE OF FALGU  : It was said that at one point Falgu river was one of the major river in India . But its fate changed when shree ram visited gaya with his wife sita for pinddaan  during pitripaksha . When the two brothers were away to fetch the materials for pinddaan , suddenly an aakashvani happened which said , " This is the correct time for the ritual" . Back in 2017 I remember me and my family took a trip to Bodh gaya . It was the month of June , the only month in school time which has created beautiful memories in my life otherwise school suck !  Our train reached there at about 4am in the morning . I jumped out of my seat ( I was given the top birth of train) with so much so enthusiasm. As the train whistled off . My dad had to hold my hand so that I would not slip while getting off . But still my hormones were unstoppable to explore the place . My mom was too tired so was my brother during the train journey . Outside the station , pandit g received us ( who would be doing all the necessary pooja for pind daan ) . As Gaya was famous for pind daan , we also went there for pind daan of my dadi and dadu .
