Vishnu Pad Temple and "PINDDAAN"

Its said that its not easy to get salvation when your karmas aren't right . Good Karam doesn't mean that you have to become blind about another's negative traits . Its like you have to focus on yourself and not to become like others . Its a famous saying that ,   "Whatever you give to life , it gives you back . Do not hate anybody . The hatred which comes out from you will someday come back to you" . That is what everyone in Gaya trying to say that ' stay calm , feel yourself with gratitude for your ancestors and keeping in mind that gratitude you will provide them with Salvation' . While he was saying those words , I laughed and remarked , " Its just like that , do whatever you want , gamble , drink alcohol , smoke as you want and do heinous crime because after your death in the end your children are surely going to provide you salvation" . Everyone started staring at me mysteriously because I was unable to get that if my mother is staring at me in awe or with anger . Then suddenly pandit g replied , " We are doing this because of their soul's satisfaction and rest of the judgement is in God's hands . We all do not know how it is done but in the end a fair judgement is done . But it is necessary we do what is necessary . I'm sure you don't want to get haunted by their souls " he laughed . Then he performed tasks such as : 1. DEVRIN ( God's debt) ; 2.PITRARIN ( ancestor's debt) ; 3.RISHIRIN ( sage's debt ) . It is believed that A human life is indebted to all these mainly God because he provided a home for soul ; ancestors , because providing us roots and at all times guiding us invisibly  ; sage who provided us help in performing and understanding spiritualism . When I heard these things I was having goosebumps . We went to Vishnu Pad temple , where it is believed that a long , long time ago , lord vishnu visited the place and there he said that if anyone performs last rites of their loved ones here , they will go towards the path of salvation . there is an imprint of his foot on a rock , where temple is built . I found it cute though :-p .

There was also a mahakal caves , where gautam budhha continued his meditation before reaching bodhgaya . It was beautiful . Who says India has only Taj Mahal or Lal quila . We have so much more than that which are beautiful than those . The beauty of this country can not be defined . Its beyond beautiful , indeed Incredible India !

My family and I enjoyed a lot and learned a lot about the beautiful history of our country . We first time in our life ate friend eggplant with rice . It was strange but at the same time lip smacking . I changed my opinion that if there is rajma or chole or kadhi then rice is mandatory to maintain taste and then it comes Eggplant with rice , this becomes tastier than I thought . Most of the time I  was there for food :-P , means I only agree to go on family trips because of food ! But Gaya changed my mind and now I try to explore various cultures including food .

Well it was indeed a great trip and I'm grateful that I went there . I can never forget gaya .
